This Year has been such an evolutionary year!
It has been a year of getting back to our original selves, asking questions and embracing all that comes to us in life. Embracing abundance.
On the weekend I watch a wonderful documentary with my man.
Getting back to our origins….
I loved this new inspiring documentary….
Please watch and share. :)
I believe Young Living is this Movie!!!
Origins, primal, paleo, RAW, earth, life, love, respect, gratitude and kindness.
Young living live from their origins, they own their own 11 farms around the world, their new one is called the Northern Lights Farm in Canada…. another amazing farm experience for the future to write down on my bucket list.... What does your list look like... Mine?
Egypt, Maldives, Amazon and Alaska just to name a few.
Today I am caring for my dementia dad. I say that because most of the time he is awesome and he is his fun loving self, yet his worried, fearful personality often over powers his thoughts and perception… sometimes he slips into this alternate universe…
Dust in the air, all over his hands, cats in the house, black men laying on his and my mums bed and a group of women looking after him 'which is my incredible life juggling mum'
I was just talking to him at the table while we laughed about the funny conversations on Anchorman 2… now he is asleep at the table… at 11am..
Anyway, origins, the movie, watch it, create conscious change…
Getting back to our origins is what I have been living for over 5 years now.
What are the ORIGINS of Aromatherapy?
Right now I am enjoying my mums abundantly healthy backyard…
It is a true Aroma-Garden. Citronella flowers are blooming right now.
It’s raining, it’s cleansing. The air feels fresh and creative..…
Here’s a quote from one of my fav books written by Jennifer Jefferies - CALM KIDS, a guide to natural therapies for children.
“Aromatherapy is the science of using essential oils for therapeutic, mood enhancing and cosmetic benefits - basically it’s old-time pharmacy.
Since the beginnings of human civilisation, healers have looked to nature to provide remedies. For centuries essential oils have filled dispensaries and provided pharmacists with the raw materials to make medicines. It was not that very long ago that you would take your prescription along to the local pharmacist and he or she would make up your cough mixture or cream from scratch using essential oils and herbs. Today, most of these natural medicines have been replaced with synthetic laboratory produced drugs. But we are seeing a resurgence in the popularity of natural therapies, and aromatherapy in particular.”
